Yes, there might be a bit of a wait for services sometimes, but perhaps that's because it's challenging to find high-quality, reliable staff these days.

0 stars is more like it. Americonstruction took weeks to fail to get me a correct contract to guide the work replacing my roof. When I mistook the roof manufacturer's contract as the americonstruction contract, they let me believe we had a contract and went forward with scheduling work - scheduling that took them months to work out, only for that "work" to end up damaging my attic ventilation. When I tried to work with them to correct the issue, they took over a month to get a pair of guys on my roof who proceeded to make the ventilation both WORSE than the first time AND less fixable. When I got a competent roofer in my attic I discovered that, in addition to doing serious damage to my ventilation (look at what passed for a "fix" in the attached photos), americonstruction had also shattered rafters. In my opinion, you should not trust this company - based on my experience, I believe they will lie to your face and I also believe they have Zero competence with attic ventilation, a key component of being a decent roofer. My experience has taught me they will happily take $50,000+ from you for the privilege of treating you like an inconvenience and then do irreparable damage to your house. Caveat emptor. If you gotta work with these people, I would get a damned good construction attorney. If you've had them do work on your roof and believe they did a good job, have a ventilation expert verify your belief - I strongly suspect you'll discover they left you a ticking time bomb that you don't know about and, again, I'd get a damned good construction attorney.

AmeriConstruction came to my house and built a brick fireplace for me with an electric insert. It was very well built and all of the guys were super nice and considerate. They provided a fair estimate for the work and that's exactly what I paid. The communication was always open and honest. Even after I paid them the final amount, they came back over twice to correct a small mortar issue that I wasn't happy with. They really go out of their way to please their clients and I will happily use them again in the future.

We've had these guys out a few times to fix/look at various things and they've been nothing but amazing. Punctual, professional, friendly, honest, and respectful. They also do military discounts, which is always appreciated. Highly recommend these guys for all your plumbing needs.
